1.1 The Platform allows holistic healers and practitioners (“Users”) to create profiles and advertisements (“Content”) to showcase their businesses and connect with potential clients.<\/p>\n
1.2 We provide the Platform as a venue only and do not offer, endorse, or guarantee any services listed on the Platform.<\/p>\n
2.1 By using the Platform, you confirm that:<\/p>\n
All Content you upload or share complies with Australian laws, including consumer protection, advertising, and intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n
You are the owner or have the necessary rights to the Content you submit.<\/p>\n
2.2 You must not:<\/p>\n
Post false, misleading, or harmful information.<\/p>\n
Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical behavior.<\/p>\n
Use the Platform to harass, harm, or exploit others.<\/p>\n
2.3 You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Content and any interactions with clients or other users.<\/p>\n
3.1 We are not responsible for the Content shared by Users or any outcomes resulting from interactions between Users and their clients.<\/p>\n
3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:<\/p>\n
We exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform and its use.<\/p>\n
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform.<\/p>\n
3.3 You agree to indemnify us against all claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with your Content or misuse of the Platform.<\/p>\n
4.1 You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Platform. However, by submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purposes of operating the Platform.<\/p>\n
4.2 We reserve the right to remove or modify Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.<\/p>\n
5.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful behavior.<\/p>\n
5.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.<\/p>\n
6.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.<\/p>\n
