Iām Sonia, the heart behind Sonia Muscedere Relaxation & Wellness Services, where I create a nurturing space for you to unwind, rebalance, and reconnect with yourself.
As an IICT-accredited practitioner, I bring together a blend of geļ»æntle yet powerful practices ā Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing, Intuitive Energy Healing, and Integrated Energy Healing ā to support your body, mind, and spirit in finding harmony. For deeper rest and restoration, I also offer sessions with the Far Infrared Thermal āJade Matā, known for its soothing warmth and wellness benefits. These are available in-person on Fridays at Wellbeing Spot, Rockingham.
Healing doesnāt only happen in-person. Through Distant (Absent) Healing, I connect energetically across space, allowing you to receive the same benefits in the comfort of your own home. This service is available on Fridays, as well as Every Other Day.
I also offer Support Mentor sessions, both in-person or online/video/phone call, where empathic listening, intuitive guidance, and life experience come together to give you clarity, encouragement, and emotional support. Both in-person and online is available on Fridays, and online is available Every Other Day.
Choosing and booking a service for the day you would prefer can easily be done via https://sonia-muscedere-relaxation-wellness-services.square.site/
Soon, Iāll also be offering Cuddle Therapy, a safe and supportive way to experience the power of human connection, comfort, and presence.
š My philosophy is simple: true healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. Every session is personalised to meet you exactly where you are, so you can leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
